I shattered my elbow a few years ago in a bike accident. Before Ryan’s personally tailored plan and my work (yep, gotta work for it!), my elbow would flair post-exercise– not the case anymore.
My second issue was with my IT Band. My physical therapist recommended the standard foam roller exercises, which helped but still left me feeling pain. Ryan’s plan complimented my therapist, adding additional exercises based on my gait (walk). Ryan’s simple, yet unconventional exercises immediately relieved my IT Band pain!
I should also mention that I was deconditioned before meeting Ryan. He has helped me find a balance between my yoga practice and strength training. Larissa
